Persimmon and Avocado Salad

Persimmon

Fuyu persimmons – peeled and cut into bite sized pieces
Avocados – cut into bite sized pieces
Slivered almonds
Chopped green onions
GIRARD’S Champagne dressing

Mix equal parts of persimmon and avocado. Add almonds and onions to your taste. Sprinkle lightly with the dressing. This can be served alone or on a bed of mixed greens.
