For the first time this year, the Ice Rink will boast a spectacular Christmas tree in the middle of the rink, sourced from the Windsor Estate. With 76,000 twinkling fairy lights decorating the surrounding tall trees and framed by a world-renowned landmark, the Ice Rink also features a beautiful fairground carousel and a junior rink for younger skaters, offering an array of entertainment and events for all ages.
This year, the Natural History Museum Ice Rink welcomes Starbucks Coffee Company as lead sponsor. Visiting Oxford, England
August 7, 2012
by Nicole Hanratty
Flying to London the week when the summer Olympics were kicking off was very exciting. While my itinerary was quickly filling with events that would showcase the best of London, a day trip into Oxford came across my radar. Long enamored by the prestige that surrounds the University, I carved out some time in my far too short trip into Great Britain to attend this event.
Put on by Visit England, this press trip was crafted upon the creative premise of visiting the campus and seeing Oxford through the looking glass of Alice in Wonderland. I couldn’t get on board--the plane or this trip--fast enough! READ MORE Alice’s Journey Through Wonderland

ON TOUR: Lemuria is playing STEREO
Saturday, October 27, 2012 on The Fest tour
Life of a Rock Star™ has been bubbling over with excitement to bring you Lemuria. Cold Summer turned us on to this Indie / Post-Punk / Pop talented band. After downloading Lemuria’s “Pebble” album on iTunes we were so hooked we grabbed one on vinyl as well. W-O-W. That’s when we knew we had to interview the talent behind the sound. We sent over some questions via email for the band members to answer, and we have to admit, a couple of their answers made us laugh. (Hot Freaks.) READ MORE Lemuria’s Album “Pebble” is a Pleaser
