KonKoma Plays Hackney House

If it’s Sunday night, it’s time for jazz...
Let your hair down and take a listen to something new. Life of a Rock Star™ loved the show put on by this eclectic group of guys tonight in London.
The Hackney House had a sultry vibe Sunday night as KonKoma played about a 5 song set and made everyone forget the next day was a Monday.

This 9 piece band took the stage and brought joy into the hearts of those in attendance. Their music felt like a celebration of life with a “leave all your worries behind” vibe.
KonKoma’s reggae jazz sound commands you to join the dance floor "even if you have two left feet," as they pointed out.

The crowd especially loved the clap along catchy beat of the closing song "I love my brother" and called for an encore.
The band delivered and played one more reggae jazz infused song which brought an impromptu rap element up on to the stage to the show with someone either named or just singing “cocoa minute.” Or so we think…
