MAROON 5 ★ Live Performance ★ Music News ★ IN CONCERT
Life of a Rock Star was in the audience last night to see Maroon 5 kick off their Overexposed album playing Payphone on the Late Show with David Letterman and for the private concert they put on after the show taped. Maroon 5 hit the stage and gave their biggest fans--including Adam Levine’s family--a high energy rock star performance. If you were in attendance, it was the highlight of your life.

Maroon 5 played to the Ed Sullivan Theatre standing room only crowd last night in New York City to promote their new album Overexposed which went on sale yesterday. (Have you bought it yet? Download from iTunes here.)
Maroon 5 Live Performance “Payphone” Overexposed Concert video:

From the minute the band hit the stage until the last note was played, the crowd was on their feet. Seats were a mere dividing line between the rows of screaming fans that went crazy for this show. They sang along, clapped, danced and never stopped smiling. This was a treat of the once-in-a-lifetime kind.
Maroon 5 played a set of at least eight or nine songs including their hits, Payphone, Sunday Morning, This Love, Misery, One More Night, Moves Like Jagger, and an acoustic performance of She Will Be Loved that drew this fan to tears.

We brought along Maroon 5 fan Elizabeth Lyons who had the time of her life. Her energy was contagious!

Life of a Rock Star™ presents “Letter to Adam Levine With Love From Your Biggest Fan”
Inspired by @AdamLevine ’s tweet:
Chances are if you begin a sentence with, "I'm not a stalker, but..." you are most likely a stalker.
— Adam Levine (@adamlevine) July 29, 2012
Dear Adam,
Oh Love, my friends tell me that I’m on the obsessed fan stalker side, but I’m not like breaking any guitars and Nobody’s Perfect. Just because I’ve sworn that I will love you Til My Last Day there is no reason for the FBI to be Shinin’ On Me.
My Heart Skips a Beat when It’s Time for you to hit the stage--I never miss a show. I was so happy when I snuck back stage and Finally Found You. (BTW Calling in the 5-1-5-0 SO unnecessary...) I was only naked because I thought we’d find some Swimming Pools (Drank). READ MORE “Love Letter to Adam Levine”
